We are a local show choir that welcomes everyone. No previous experience is required, just an interest in singing, learning and having fun. We stage public performances every year and, as a show choir, we do more than make beautiful music. We also include costume, lighting, simple choreography and humour to make sure that our performances are great entertainment!

Thinking of joining a friendly show choir but not sure if Voiceworks is for you? Why not come along and join in for free at one of our rehearsal nights?

New members are encouraged to join Voiceworks at any time throughout the year. Auditions are not necessary, and we will provide the sheet music so that you can try out.

It doesn’t matter if you can’t read music, our professional Musical Director organises the rehearsals so that new music is introduced gradually to make sure that everyone is keeping up. We also provide vocal audio tracks so that you can practice the repertoire between rehearsals.

If you’re not sure of your vocal range don't worry, our Musical Director will help you to work out which vocal part will suit you best, and the other members of the choir are always ready to help new members fit in.

Members feedback:

"I have been involved in the Voiceworks choir for some years. The opportunity to sing with a group is so valuable. I have met so many people in the community through the choir and our concerts bring joy to many."

"The Voiceworks community are very kind, welcoming and safe community to be with. I know when I started I was self conscious of 'hitting the notes'. Now I am singing loud and proud."
